Yannick Fortin is a French composer,. He was born in 1977 in the south of France and started playing violin at 6 years old. After being graduated in music and violin, he played violin and electrical bass in several orchestras and rock bands in parallel to his responsibilities as aeronautic engineer. 10 years ago, he integrated a local rock band and enjoyed collaborating to compose songs. from 2019, he became author and composer on top of his activities as musician. "You can fight" is his first release (Electro), followed by "Into Darkness" and "Le Masque" (More in a Rock Genre). The more he was composing, the more attracted to orchestral compositions he was. In 2024 he started to work on a series of music, counting the story of a young child in a magical universe. "The fabulous story of Isatys" was born. Since, Yannick released 6 episodes of this story. All are very epic / emotionnal, with an extensive use of orchestral instruments. Still Yannick Fortin comes back to Rock / alternative rocks from time to time, like in the Single "Rêve" with his musical friends Gilles Fournat & Benoit Villedieu!
